How Do I Start Educating My Children about S*X

Dear Delsu Blog,

I have three young daughters aged eight, six, and four years, and I know its about time I begin to educate them about s*xual issues. I was molested as a child because My Mother never talked to me about

such things, and she never believed me when I told her that someone had molested me. I don’t want my girls to go through the same thing.

I do need to do it soon, though I am very shy and easily embarrassed by certain issues, such as s*x. but I want my girls to be able to talk to me about any thing. How can I overcome this, and how do I start a conversation about s*x and how can I explain things to their understanding???
