A 34-year-old homeless man has been arrested for allegedly breaking and entering into NFL star Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bündchen's Boston-area mansion.
The suspect, identified as Zanini Cineus, has been charged with Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime with Intent to Commit a Felony, as well as Attempted Larceny and Trespassing.
Just before 6 a.m., multiple Brookline Police Department units responded to a residential alarm at 112 Woodland Road, "the residence of our forever New England Patriot Tom Brady and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen," according to a press release. He was found lying on a couch in the basement when law enforcement arrived.
The couple no longer lives at the mansion, but still owns the property.
Police said Mr. Cineus had several active warrants out of Wrentham District Court stemming from incidents that occurred in Foxboro, MA
Back in 2019, he was arrested for stealing a Brady jersey from the Patriots Hall of Fame, among other memorabilia.
According to NBC News Boston, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen placed their home on the market for just under $40 million in 2019 and pulled it out from public listings after the pandemic broke out.
