Newborn baby girl found alive in suitcase beside skeleton of another infant

According to Hannover prosecutors on Friday, a 22-year-old German woman is under investigation for manslaughter after German police found a suitcase in her apartment with a newborn baby girl inside along with the skeleton of another infant.
