Lupita Nyong'ois covers the October issue of Vogue mgazine where she talked about the painful criticisms she's received since her starring role in 2013's 12 Years a Slave made her a household name. he talked about how one talent agent told her that her career in Hollywood would last only "two-and-half, three years," because as the agent put it, "Would Beyoncé be who she is if she didn't look like she does? Being lighter-skinned, more people can look at [Beyoncé's] image and see themselves in her," but Lupita said she didnt let the racist criticism deter her from achieving her goal.

Lagos State Government donates N5 million to two students who designed new Biogas Technology

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode on Thursday donated N5 million to two students of Lagos State College of Health Technology who designed new technology of generating Biogas through the treatment of animal waste.The students – Sarunmi Oluwafemi and Dada Samuel, were among the 422 successful graduates of the Ready, Set, Work (RSW) programme of the State Government targeted to equip graduates of tertiary institutions in the State with necessary entrepreneurial skills and to make them emerge as ready products for the increasingly competitive labour market, as well as job creators.
