Photos: Woman allegedly brutalized by police in Port Harcourt for having tattoos
According to an Abuja-based Lawyer Emeka Ugwuonye, who is
handling the case, Jackie Awah, pictured with her husband, Lawrence,
was allegedly brutalized by the police for having tattoos
"I met with Jackie and Lawrence Awah. Jackie was brutalized by the police. Her crime was that she had a tattoo. DPA is investigating this case.
