Wife of former South African President, Winnie Madikizela Mandela looked amazing as she celebrated her upcoming 80th birthday(Sept 26th) with a dinner at the renowned Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town on yesterday Wednesday night September 14th.

Winnie was married to late Mandela from 1958 to 1996 when they divorced after he came out of prison. More photos from her birthday party which was attended by South African first lady Bongi Ngema-Zuma‚ her daughter Zindzi Mandela and others. More photos after the cut.

Bring Back Our Girls members in the US yesterday staged a protest in front of the Nigeria House to demand the rescue of the missing Chibok school girls who are still in Boko Haram captivity. Bolaji Akinremi, spokesperson at the Nigeria house received a letter from the group which was addressed to President Buhari, calling for him to act and expedite action towards the release of the missing school girls. Nigerian Navy arrest leader of notorious Niger Delta militant group, four others

The Nigerian Navy on Wednesday, September 14th, said that it has arrested 5 Niger Delta criminals including the leader of a notorious militant group, one Uduak Etim Thomson of the Bakasi Strike Force.

In a statement signed by its spokesman, Commodore Christian Ezekobe, the militants perpetuated series of crimes, including attack on market women and other traders, siphoning of crude oil and destruction of pipelines.

Kendall and Kylie staying in $27 million pent house for free during New York Fashion Week

TMZ reports that the famous sisters are putting up at a $26.5 million loft for free while attending New York Fashion Week. The site claims broker Andrew Azoulay (from Douglas Elliman) hooked them up with the luxury apartment. It boasts 9 bedrooms and 9 1/2 baths spread over 7,200 sq feet on four stories.

It also features seven breathtaking terraces facing every direction and is situated in TriBeCa.  The duo have shared pictures on Instagram showing off their lavish surroundings. More photos after the cut.
