Nigerian mother with leukaemia urgently searches for matching blood stem donor (photos)

A 23-year-old Nigerian mother with cancer is appealing to the Nigerian community to help find a matching blood stem donor.

The campaign to find a suitable match for May Brown, from Dorset, has become more urgent following a relapse of the leukaemia that she had. As Brown's leukaemia has just returned more aggressively than before, her doctors have told her that she will need the blood stem cell donation as soon as she goes into remission, which they hope will happen again soon.

The 25 year old beautiful singer showed off her cleavage and curves in a lovely outfit as she stepped out in New York for the premiere of The Get Down. Her outfit was made up of a cage-like corset with a plunging orange top, teemed it with a tight pencil skirt that clung to her petite frame.

Photos: FG releases all detained IPOB/ Biafra members in Enugu, after court dismisses all charges against them

The Federal Government has released all detained members of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Enugu after the presiding judge sitting in Magistrate Court, Enugu struck out every charge against them and ordered the 36 of them to be acquitted and discharged.

 

The 36 IPOB members were arrested on 24th April, 2016 and taken to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad(SARS) in Enugu from where there were transferred to the state Criminal and Investigation Department(CID) and then taken to court on the 28th April, 2016 and since then have been in court.

Six killed as Hausas and indigenes of Imo state clash

Six people have been confirmed dead in a communal clash between Hausas and some indigenes of Akokwa community in Ideato North Local government area of Imo state today August 12th. The reason behind the clash is yet unknown but police have arrived the community and are working to restore law and order.

Dwayne Johnson vs Vin Diesel: Tyrese Gibson supports his 'brother' Vin amid Fast 8 fued

After Vin Diesel reportedly confronted Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in his trailer for the derogatory comments he made on social media about him,  the feud is reportedly still not resolved and cast members on the movie set have continued to take sides. Tyrese took to Instagram to share a red carpet photo with Vin Diesel, and stated he would always stand up for him. He wrote,
