Man hospitalized after waiting 10 days at airport for Chinese online lover

A 41-year-old Dutch man, Alexander Pieter Cirk was taken to the hospital for exhaustion after waiting 10 days in a Chinese airport to meet his online girlfriend named Zhang. Cirk met his 26-year-old girlfriend on an app two months before and decided to fly to visit her. But she did not come to meet him at the airport, BBC reported.
