Buhari appoints Nwalem Mbam as chair of Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission

President Buhari has approved the appointment of Elias Nwalem Mbam from Ebonyi state as the Chairman for the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC).

Mbam's appointment is contained in a statement released form the office of the secretary to the government of the Federation, Babachir David Lawal yesterday July 26th.

Kidnappers dig up grave in Kaduna, steal parts from exhumed body

Some ritualists yesterday dug up the grave pictured above at Nasarawa Dake Chikun LGA in Kaduna State and stole some body parts from the corpse they exhumed.

PDP zones National chairmanship position to the South

The Chairmanship position of the opposition party, PDP, has been zoned to the South. The Zoning Committee of the party yesterday submitted its report on the zoning arrangements of the 21 available positions up for election between the North and the South at the party's National Convention in August.
