Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released their family Christmas card with their son Archie in it, but the couple have been accused of "hiding" Archie by sharing a cartoon-like Christmas card.
The Christmas card is a drawing version of a picture of the Duke, Duchess and Archie, which was taken by Meghan's mum Doria Ragland earlier this month.
Archie's hair seems to have grown according to the image, and the couple can be seen playing with the toddler in their garden. The family's dogs, Pula and Guy, are also in the photo.
However, social media users took to Twitter on Wednesday accusing the Sussexes of “hiding” Archie by using a cartoon instead of a real photograph.
One user wrote: “Why are they hiding their child? Something isn't right.”
Another wrote: “A photoshopped cartoon??? Really! Clever way of hiding Archie.”
A third person posted: “It’s nothing more than a ridiculous cartoon image! Why are they hiding out Archie?
Other users were quick to spot Archie’s “red hair” in the drawing.
One Twitter user said: “It looks like Archie has his father’s red hair.”
The Christmas card was released on Wednesday via Mayhew, a UK animal charity for which the Duchess is a patron.
The card read: “Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
A spokesperson for the Sussexes said: “The original photo of the family was taken at their home earlier this month by The Duchess's mother.
“The small Christmas tree, including the homemade ornaments and other decorations, were selected by Archie, and the tree will be replanted after the holidays.”
Within the card, the Duchess wrote: “This year we, as a family, have made donations to several charities with you in mind.
“From a local California organisation that helps families transition out of homelessness, to two of our U.K. patronages: one that supports animal and community welfare, and the other, a memorial fund for a cherished friend that helps to educate children and fight poverty in Uganda, we have honoured their work on behalf of all of us.”
