A dissatisfied customer has shared screenshots of the messages he received from a service provider after they failed to make his Valentine's Day delivery on time.
@AllenAkinkule paid the flower company to deliver a package to someone on Valentine's day. He was reassured that the delivery will be made on Valentine's Day if he paid the night before. He did that, only to receive a message telling him the delivery has been scheduled for the morning after Valentine's Day.
He shared screenshots of the messages, writing: "This is how Nigerian brands treat their customer.
