Justin Timberlake seen out for the first time since apologizing to wife Jessica Biel for his cozy night with Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright

Justin Timberlake was seen out for the first time since he publicly apologized to his family for his cozy night out with co-star Alisha Wainwright.

This time, the actor  - who took off his ring to party with Wainwright - had his wedding ring on.

The 38-year-old stepped out in New Orleans on Thursday hours after he issued a public apology to his wife, actress Jessica Biel, and their family, for his behavior.

In his apology, he admitted to a "lapse in judgment" but said, "nothing happened" between him and his co-star.

Justin Timberlake and Alisha Wainwright were caught getting really touchy with each other on the night out in question. Wainwright and Timberlake held hands and Wainwright also placed her hand on Timberlake's thigh.

In spite of how damning the photos and video were, sources close to Jessica Biel, 37, reveal she believes her husband didn't cheat on her.
