Graphic: Man set on fire by hoodlums dies in Ajah

A yet-to-be-identified man was set ablaze during a clash between hoodlums in the Ilaje area in Ajah, Lagos state today Thursday June 19th.

According to residents, trouble started when some hoodlums stormed the area in the early hours of today and attacked some settlers over an age-long battle for a piece of land.

The crisis degenerated fast with gunshots reportedly fired by both parties. 

The invaders were said to have set one of the residents on fire during the fracas. The man reportedly died before he could be rushed to the hospital.
