Lamar Odom voluntarily checks himself into rehab

Lamar Odom who finalized his divorce with estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian has decided to forge ahead and put his life in order again by getting professional help. According to E! News, the former Los Angeles Lakers player recently admitted himself into a rehab in San Diego, California.
A source close to the media house said:

"It was his own decision. He wanted to work on his mental and physical health for the next chapter of his life". "He has not fallen off the wagon, but he understands the importance of maintaining his sobriety."

His decision to go into rehab comes more than a year after he experienced a near-fatal overdose in a brothel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
