Khloe Kardashian says she was sensitive about her weight and was embarassed to shop for clothes before slimming down

Khloe Kardashian used to be quite chubby before her hitting the gym and shedding the flab. Speaking at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen conference where she was promoting her Good American line of jeans, she says she resented being tagged 'plus size'....



She said:

 'I'm all for women empowerment and I used to be someone they used to label plus size. F*** that. 'I don't want to be called that. I'm a woman with curves.  I felt so shamed when I would go into boutiques or go denim shopping. It was super hard for me.' 

Despite the fact that she herself has slimmed down, she insisted that she had bigger women in mind with her new line.

'I remember the chubby girl in me and I'm fighting for my chubby self,' she explained. 'It was about doing something that empowers other women.'
