While he was being interrogated, Ogechi, a native of Woji Town in Obio/Akpor LGA of Rivers State, told the police that it was a member of the community where the deceased comes from that contacted his gang members to carry out the dastard act. He refused to give the name of the person who contracted him to kidnap and kill the deceased.
