Mother Teresa has been declared a saint by Pope Francis (photos)

19 years after she died at age 87 in 1997, Mother Teresa has been declared a Saint by Pope Francis in a ceremony witnessed by hundreds of thousands of people at St Peter's Square. The Mass and canonisation took place this morning Sunday September 4th. Mother Teresa was revered for her work with the poor and sick in India. And many people believe the Sainthood is long overdue...
