"Boko Haram came and took my father" claims Nigerian migrant rescued from the Mediteranean

A Nigerian migrant, who was among African migrants rescued recently by search and rescue agency (MOAS) claims she fled Nigeria because Boko Haram terrorists attacked her home and took her father away.
"My name is Faith and I'm 20 years old. I lived in Nigeria. The situation is disastrous. Boko Haram came and took my father. They terrorized us every day. So I decided to flee. It took me three months to get to Libya," she said
"We were a group of 26 persons. In the desert we had a lot of problems. It was extremely hot and we had not enough water. Six from our group died. When we arrived in Libya we had even more problems. Every time the police saw us they shot at us. So when we had the chance to get on the rubber boat, we took it. I was praying to God the whole time. My biggest dream is to get to Italy and live a safe life without fear."
