Newly born twin boys were found dead by a canal at the Ajangbadi area
of Lagos state last Friday August 12th. Residents of the community woke
up to find the corpses of the boys in the canal. They immediately
alerted the police who contacted officials of the Lagos State
Environmental Health Monitoring Unit who evacuated the corpses and
