Bauchi State Governor, Abubakar Mohammed, has denied reports that allege
he ordered the arrest of a blogger, social media commentator and
journalist Musa Balabe Azare, on suspicion of cyber stalking. According
to Gov. Abubakar, the report he was given accused the blogger of cyber
stalking and other alleged offences. However, as a lawyer and believer
in free speech in democracy, he asked for the immediate release of Musa
Azare.
