Photos/Video: Two cops arrested & charged after CCTV footage shows them viciously beat man following chase

Two police officers have been arrested and charged with assault in New Hampshire after the vicious beating of a motorist was captured on video. Helicopter footage shows the policemen drawing their weapons, parading a police dog and also punching a man identified as Richard Simone Jr so many times, after a high-speed police chase that began in Massachusetts and ended in New Hampshire.

It's assumed that the policemen were angered by Simone Jr for making them chase him from Massachusetts to New Hampshre.

Massachusetts State Police Trooper Joseph Flynn, 32, faces two charges of simple assault while New Hampshire State Trooper Andrew Monaco, 31, has been charged with three counts of simple assault, New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster said. Watch the video below...
