She was welcomed at the airport by the Wife of the sokoto state governor, Hajiya Mariya Tambuwal and the wife of the governor of Zamfara state  Hajiya Asmau Yari. On her entourage were Wife of the governor of Ogun, Ebonyi, Nasarawa and Kogi states
