Step 1: Dial *101*100# ,then enter 1 in the query and you will receive a response that you have an insufficient balance.

Step 2: Go to your sms and send
100 to 131, ignore whatever message you
get from them.

Step 3: Wait for 24hours for the
network to propagate your sim.

Step 4: After 24hours, send 2 to 131 ,
you will recieve an sms that you have 1.5GB..
