2013/2014 POST UTME NATIONAL DIPLOMA SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ADMISSION INTO DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC, OTEFE – OGHARA

Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe – Oghara has scheduled Tuesday 27^th and Wednesday 28^th august, 2013 for the screening of candidates who sat for the 2013 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for the 2013/2014 academic session.

Candidate Qualified For Screening

1. Candidates who choose delta state polytechnic, otefe – oghara as their first or second choice and scored 150 and above in the 2013 UTME.

2. Prospective Candidates who chose other polytechnic but wish to change to delta state polytechnic, otefe – oghara and scored a minimum of 150.

Processing Fee

All candidates are to pay a non - refundable processing fee of two thousand naira only (N2,000.00) at any branch of zenith bank with account NO 1011039906 or pay point at delta state polytechnic, otefe – oghara.

Required Documents for the Screening

Candidates are required to come with the original copies of the following:

1. Jamb and Internet Result Slip

2. O/level Results

3. Certificate of Local Government of Origin

4. Two Recent Passport Photographs

5. The Screening Form

6. Writing Materials

Collection of Screening Forms

Screening forms are available for collection at admissions office, delta state polytechnic, otefe – oghara on the presentation of bursary receipt of N2,000.00 processing fee.

NOTE: Screening shall take place in all the departments on the scheduled dates (27^th and 28^th august, 2013).
